Deposit & Refund Policy
All custom cake orders require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and begin the design process.
However, if you need to cancel, your deposit can be applied as a credit toward a future cake order under the following conditions:
- You must notify us at least 7 days before your scheduled event date
- The deposit credit is valid for 12 months from the original order date
- Credit can be applied to any custom cake order of equal or greater value
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
Orders cancelled with less than 7 days' notice will forfeit the deposit, as ingredients have been purchased and production planning has begun.
